All items carry our 30-Day Money back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for replacement or refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).
For faulty items, please contact us on 0407 844 253, between 9.00am and 4:00pm Monday - Friday (AEST), before returning any goods.
We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, including items shipped free of postage charge, unless we have sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case please call 0407 844 253 or email email@example.com prior to sending goods back.
Exchanges that are not the result of a defect or an error where HipTilly has sent you the wrong product will require additional postage and handling charges as per our standard postage fees. HipTilly will contact international customers to arrange additional return postage costs.

No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
HipTilly is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items us, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case HipTilly will cover any postage costs. Please call 0407 844 253 or email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending goods back.
Refunds will only be made by the original payment method.
All customer information gathered on this site will remain strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of processing orders, sending you updates on products or sending email newsletters to which you have subscribed. If you decide to subscribe to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, promotions, etc, however, you may opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any newsletter emails you receive from us.
Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product requested by the customer.
For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider (Paypal- one of the most trusted and secure payment gateway providers) keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf.
Terms of Service
Please check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately. Please note that changes can not be made once your order is shipped. If you are sending your package to somewhere other than the billing address, both addresses will appear on your Order Confirmation Email. HipTilly can not be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number.
All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing by either the customer or HipTilly. Orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped.
HipTilly product availability is updated daily however sometimes items do sell out between this time and when you have placed an order. If items are sold out or if there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and do not include GST. ABN 94 354 155 424 is not registered for GST. HipTilly reserves the right to change prices without notice. Orders that are shipped outside of Australia are GST exempt.
